The Costa Viola Tour includes Scilla, with its characteristic cove known as the "Beach of the Sirens" (as cited by Homer), where you can swim beneath the majestic Ruffo Castle. After departing from Scilla bay, just a few minutes away we'll reach Chianalea di Scilla, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, offering a fantastic view from the sea. We'll stop at Favazzina, a true corner of paradise, where its sandy seabed creates surprisingly blue waters – a second swim here is a must! We'll then set sail again towards Bagnara Calabra, observing from the sea this beautiful fishing town, rumored to be the birthplace of William Shakespeare and famous singers Loredana Bertè and Mia Martini. A little further on, you can admire the Aragonese Tower Capo Rocchi Ruggiero, which stands out on a promontory near the town's port. We'll then hug the imposing cliff that hides beaches, coves, and caves accessible only by sea, including Cala Janculla and the Sirens' Grotto. In these spots, due to the unique seabed, the sea takes on a fantastic Cobalt color, inviting another dip into its beautiful waters. We'll conclude the Scilla boat tour before returning with a refreshing aperitivo featuring characteristic local foods and wines.
