Costa Viola & Coast of the Gods

During this sensational Boat Tour between Scilla and Tropea, we will navigate along the entire Costa Viola, reaching all the way to the Coast of the Gods. Between Scilla and Tropea, there are indeed countless unique landscapes and places accessible only by sea.

Sailing along the Costa Viola, we'll admire from the sea the wonderful Scilla Beach, also known as the Beach of the Sirens, where we can swim at the foot of the magnificent Ruffo Castle of Scilla. After a refreshing swim, we'll continue sailing to Bagnara Calabra, where a dip in the splendid blue waters that characterize these places is a must.

Once back on board, we'll immerse ourselves in the wild and beautiful nature of the area, skirting the towering cliff plunging into the sea, which hides secret corners, beaches, coves, and caves accessible only by boat. We'll proceed to the beautiful Cala Janculla beach, known for its distinctive rock in the center, and a little further on, we'll also visit the mythological Sirens' Grotto. Here too, you can swim and explore the grotto and its wonderful seabeds.

After refreshing ourselves, we'll set sail for another beautiful destination, the famous Scoglio dell'Ulivo (Olive Tree Rock), located further north in the municipality of Palmi. This is an islet-like rock that rises a few meters from the coast, with a wild olive tree growing at its summit, rumored to have been there for hundreds of years.

We'll then sail towards the Coast of the Gods, heading towards Capo Vaticano, navigating for about 45 minutes. With a bit of luck, we might encounter schools of dolphins that allow us to approach and admire them in their splendor. The promontory of Capo Vaticano is just one of the many beauties found along the Coast of the Gods. Upon reaching the area, we'll make a stop where you can swim over a seabed of rare white sand.

Among the stops on the Costa Viola – Coast of the Gods Tour are: Baia di Grotticella, Grotta del Cantante, Spiaggetta degli Ziti, Praja di Fuoco, Grotta dello Scheletro, and Isola Bella. By this point, it will surely be evening. We are about 70 minutes of navigation from our meeting point, and the sunset will accompany us throughout the journey, offering breathtaking views: to our right, the Aeolian Islands bathed in the sun, in front of us Sicily, and to our left, the magnificent Calabrian Coast.

To conclude the tour, we'll enjoy a refreshing aperitivo with typical local products and wines.
