Tour Between Scylla and Charybdis

Our Scylla and Charybdis tour will allow you to admire both the Calabrian and Sicilian coasts, and it also includes an exciting round-trip crossing from Calabria to Sicily.

We'll traverse the Strait of Messina and visit many places that are still subjects of stories and legends passed down through the years! We'll then sail along the coast, where we'll already begin to gaze towards Messina and its distinctive Pylon, just a few meters from the shore.

We'll continue sailing to the Beach of the Sirens, right at the foot of the magnificent Ruffo Castle of Scilla. A swim in the splendid blue waters is a must, and snorkeling enthusiasts will find it hard to resist this seabed. Once back on board, we'll undertake the crossing of the Strait of Messina, which separates the mainland from the Sicilian land. We'll sail where Homer narrated the tales of Scylla and Charybdis, two young women who became terrible monsters and posed a threat to sailors – but don't worry! They are just mythological tales. 😀

Upon reaching the Sicilian coast, Punta Faro beach, ranked among the top 12 coastlines by National Geographic, will be our first stop. Our second Sicilian destination will be Capo Raso Colmo beach, famous for its sand dunes.

We'll conclude the tour only after enjoying a refreshing aperitivo with typical local products and wines.
